Job Description
Supports end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Efficiently screens profiles and coordinates interviews with department interviewers
Conducts initial candidate assessments and interviews
Coordinates pre-employment requirements and job offers
Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Conducts background checks
Monitors and ensures compliance of the new hires with pre-onboarding deliverables.
Collaborates with hiring managers to meet manpower needs
Other HCMD functions
Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards
Maintains and updates HR databases
Supports other HCMD sections to enhance employee experience and retention
Provides administrative support for compensation and benefits administration
Assists in HR reporting, analytics, and data consolidation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in training or general HR
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office applications, Gsuite, and other HR systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Preferably can start immediately
