Job Description
Provides front desk and administrative support by welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing boardroom reservations, and responding to general inquiries.
Coordinates office operations, including mail and courier services, work orders, contractor supervision, office leases, parking, and business permit renewals.
Maintains administrative records and databases, including company vehicles, assets, contracts, payment documents, and office files.
Oversees office facilities, supplies, and maintenance by coordinating procurement, inventory, and vendor services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Assists with travel and event arrangements, monitors departmental schedules and compliance, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Office Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion when handling sensitive information.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
