Job Description

  • Assists in managing multiple projects by coordinating efforts across teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.

  • Works with PMAs to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that the right personnel and tools are assigned to each project.

  • Tracks project progress, monitors risks and issues, and ensures timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status.

  • Assists in improving project management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

  • Helps identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that risks are proactively managed.

  • Provides guidance and mentorship to PMAs, business analysts, and other PMO team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Ensures adherence to project management standards and methodologies, verifying that all project deliverables meet the required quality benchmarks.

  • Assists in identifying training needs for the PMO team and participates in training programs to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including work estimation, resource planning, sprint planning, sprint review/retrospectives, and risk assessment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Lead, with exposure to managing or supporting multiple projects.

  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Understanding of business analysis principles

  • Proficient in the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

    • Leadership skills with a track record of coordinating or leading teams.
