Job Description
Assists in managing multiple projects by coordinating efforts across teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.
Works with PMAs to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that the right personnel and tools are assigned to each project.
Tracks project progress, monitors risks and issues, and ensures timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders on project status.
Assists in improving project management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
Helps identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that risks are proactively managed.
Provides guidance and mentorship to PMAs, business analysts, and other PMO team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Ensures adherence to project management standards and methodologies, verifying that all project deliverables meet the required quality benchmarks.
Assists in identifying training needs for the PMO team and participates in training programs to enhance the team’s capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including work estimation, resource planning, sprint planning, sprint review/retrospectives, and risk assessment
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Lead, with exposure to managing or supporting multiple projects.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Understanding of business analysis principles
Proficient in the following skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Leadership skills with a track record of coordinating or leading teams.
