Job Description
Leads and supports the daily operations of the POS Preparation Team to ensure the timely completion of all terminal setup, configuration, and validation activities.
Oversees the profiling, TMK injection, and testing processes to ensure terminal accuracy and compliance with defined standards.
Coordinates with POS Repair, Outbound Logistics, and other IMS units to ensure smooth workflow and operational alignment.
Monitors team performance metrics, sets goals, and implements strategies to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
Ensures adherence to quality control, risk management, and health and safety standards in the workplace.
Provides leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Manages escalation of complex technical or operational issues to the Supervisor or IMS Manager.
Analyze data, generate operational reports, and present findings to management for decision-making.
Promotes a customer-centric, proactive, and results-driven culture within the team.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or any related course.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in POS setup, configuration, and testing.
Preferably with a background in POS operations.
Familiarity with POS terminal systems and software applications.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain composed under pressure.
Detail-oriented mindset focusing on accuracy, quality, and a high sense of urgency.
