Job Description
Ensuring the right assets are received, delivered, and picked up at the right time. Accurately accepts and receives delivery of terminal peripherals and others (SIM cards, thermal paper supplies, etc.)
Ensures timely terminal and/or peripheral releases
Effectively arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies as well as routine drivers accordingly
Closely coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities
Regularly assist in organizing assets, including but not limited to POS terminals
Accurately prepare and timely submission of daily and monthly reports of the daily task
Will actively provide quality assistance & services to POS Preparation, QA, and Field Technician Services as needed
Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met implements and/or carries quality improvement activities and functions as Logistics Staff as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management
Requirements
College graduate, college-level, or TESDA/vocational certified.
Has acquired an NC in Computer Systems Servicing is a plus
Preferably with experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Computer literate in Windows-based applications (MS Office), especially in MS Excel.
