Job Description
Provides technical and administrative support to the Systems Administrator, assisting in system maintenance, upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Monitors and maintains the company’s IT systems, hardware, and facilities to ensure system availability, security, and uptime (including email, internet, and business applications).
Handles troubleshooting, testing, installation of hardware and software, and coordinates issue resolution with the IT Department.
Manages technical documentation and prepares regular accomplishment and maintenance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant system administration experience; Linux knowledge or certification and MS Windows Server administration experience are advantages.
Capable of administering and managing various servers, operating systems, and related applications; knowledgeable in hypervisors, SIEM, NMS, AD, LDAP, IDM, MFA, RADIUS, HSM, cloud technologies, and POS network infrastructure/applications (advantage).
Able to oversee the IT technical support team, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and effectively resolve system-related issues with resourcefulness and attention to detail.
Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills, works comfortably across various job scope areas, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and consistently meets required turnaround times.
