Field Technician (Metro Manila)
Service Request Fulfilment: Deploy, replace, check, reprogram, and provide other services per customer specifications within agreed timelines.
Testing and Calibration: Ensure installed equipment functions correctly through testing and calibration.
Merchant Training: Train merchants on terminal functionality, care, and security.
Troubleshooting: Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
On-Site Support: Provide technical assistance on-site, promptly resolving customer concerns.
Communication: Maintain clear updates for customers on service status.
Service Reports: Complete detailed field service and related reports.
Submission of Reports: Ensure timely submission of all required reports.
Expense Liquidation: Follow policies for timely field expense reimbursement.
Inventory Management: Account for all company assets during field assignments.
Others: Attend scheduled trainings and meetings as required.
Requirements
Technical Vocational graduate/any Technical-related college degree or undergraduate.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Windows Applications.
Has a motorcycle, updated driver’s license, and ORCR.
Has experience or a background in providing good customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Willing to do Fieldwork.
Willing to work on Holidays and render overtime/on-call per business requirement.
Willing to be trained in our Manila office (with pay - NCR Rate)
