Job Description
Provide basic health care, administer first aid, and/or nursing intervention to employees.
Oversee and manage the Annual Physical Examination of the company.
Clinic and supplies management, monthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory, and requisition
Evaluation of employees’ health, if and whenever needed.
Provide monthly reporting of all medical concerns, including medicine inventories.
Medical Certificates validation and coordination with medical practitioners/doctors when needed.
Manage and coordinate PhilHealth, HMO, and insurance concerns of the employees.
Aid in medical events and activities.
Ensures the dissemination of health-related bulletins/programs.
Attend and follow up on all medical-related concerns.
Maintain and keep all medical records and ensure the confidentiality of the same.
Performs duties in relation to internal audit functions to examine, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing and or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Must be a registered Nurse.
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Company/Corporate Nurse/Safety Officer or other related experience.
Experienced in handling OSH reports.
With high moral standards of honesty and professionalism.
Keen attention to detail and with a high level of maturity and confidentiality.
Able to work during public holidays and rendered overtime as required.
Can start immediately.
