Job Description
Assist the Account Coordinator[s] with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.
Prepares and processes service requests for any terminal-related concerns.
Coordinates with the Service Fulfillment Division to pick up and deliver supplies, terminals, paper consumables, and other requests to clients or bank partners.
Establishes filing and documentation for the encoding system of accounts, as well as other official and business-related records.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields.
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in sales executive and/or administrative functions.
Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.
Computer literate in Windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Possesses excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City (no work from home).
Can start immediately.
