Job Description

  • Assist the Account Coordinator[s] with terminal-related concerns received from accounts daily.

  • Prepares and processes service requests for any terminal-related concerns.

  • Coordinates with the Service Fulfillment Division to pick up and deliver supplies, terminals, paper consumables, and other requests to clients or bank partners.

  • Establishes filing and documentation for the encoding system of accounts, as well as other official and business-related records.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields.

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in sales executive and/or administrative functions.

  • Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented.

  • Computer literate in Windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

  • Possesses excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City (no work from home).

  • Can start immediately.

  • Preferably can start immediately.
