Job Description
Prepares and initializes requested assets for installation or replacement, including
Traditional and Android POS terminals, routers, and other electronic devices.
Downloads, tests, and configures devices to ensure they meet operational requirements.
Evaluates and inspects assets received from Inventory Management for functionality, physical defects, and compliance with specifications.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of all downloaded data and device profiles (e.g., MID, TID) according to requests.
Prepares and submits daily accomplishment reports and other relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Provides quality support and assistance to Inventory Management, QA, and Field Technician Services as required.
Implements quality improvement initiatives and performs additional responsibilities as assigned by immediate superiors or executive management.
Requirements
SHS graduate of any strand, TESDA/vocational certified, college-level, or college graduate.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on Holidays and render overtime per business requirement.
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
Preferably can start immediately
