Job Description
Responsible for providing efficient and effective network technical support to the ITD/NetSys internal and external customers within the acceptable response and resolution time while keeping output quality at the agreed service level.
Responsible for monitoring, enhancing, and keeping the Tangent Network Infrastructure up and running at its optimum performance while minimizing the downtime at the acceptable service level.
Responsible for completing the assigned tasks/job duties within the agreed allotted time frame.
Prepares reports and updates for the ITD/NetSys immediate superior
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.
Holder of Cisco certified certificates is an advantage.
With at least 1-year relevant work network experience.
With good interpersonal skills, well organized, and able to navigate through various (job scope) areas comfortably.
With sense of urgency and can meet required turn-around-time.
Capable of managing and maintaining different types of network equipment and related applications.
Knowledgeable in POS network infrastructure and application is an advantage.
Capable of collaborating with IT technical support team.
Quick and innovative decision-making skills.
Resourceful in solving network related problems
