Job Description
Assist in designing and executing test cases for software applications.
Perform manual testing to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues.
Assist in performance testing to evaluate the speed, responsiveness, and stability of a system.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
Work with developers to understand and reproduce issues for faster resolution.
Verify defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved.
Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for test cases, defects, and test execution results.
Participate in team meetings, Agile/Scrum sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Maintain and update SQA documentation and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Electronics) or equivalent
1 year experience in Software Quality Assurance or POS system testing (internship experience accepted).
Knowledge of programming languages, software development tools, software development methodologies and testing lifecycle
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Interest in learning software quality assurance processes
